This project consists of the remodel of an existing shopping center which is approximately 107,000 sqft of different shops and plazas. The retrofit and remodel intent is to modernize the facade and the appearance and exterior of all these shops at this shopping mall.

House of Engineers Inc is providing the structural engineering design which incorporates the latest design provisions for seismic design and analysis. This structure is designed using timber construction and it is fully designed and detailed by our team of licensed structural engineers in the state of California.
