House Of Engineers, Inc is a dynamic structural engineering and consulting firm with a dedicated team of talented professionals. The firm’s Principal, Yazen Rabadi, has been practicing structural engineering and construction since 2008 and has been directly responsible for a multitude of project types including OSHPD & DSA projects, multi-family housing, hotels, commercial and office buildings, seismic retrofits of all sorts.

We provide comprehensive structural engineering design services for hospitals and educational institutes, new commercial, industrial, and residential development. From extensive seismic retrofit of existing buildings to new development, we have the experienced team and tools to deliver a full application and construction package. We also utilize the latest technologies in the industry such as BIM modeling tools and finite elements structural analysis to provide clients with the most efficient design possible.
Professional Engineering and Seismic Upgrades
With many decades of experience in the construction business we provide start to completion services to meet NSP(non- structural performance) categories and SPC (structural performance categories) set forth by OSHPD. House of Engineers Inc is an expert in seismic upgrades for all types of buildings , particularly Soft Story projects. Our attention to detail and mindful approach have allowed us to complete over 96% of our projects with no change orders during construction. House of Engineers, Inc also provides professional engineering services in civil and other engineering disciplines.
