This project consists of new construction for two structures. Main jewelry store is approximately 5,900 sqft; two levels jewelry store in the heart of Roseville California. Second level, mezzanine, is a composite floor with steel beams and the roof framing consists of steel joists with a metal deck system. The second structure is about 2,000 sqft and is one level with steel joists and metal deck framing system. The second building is utilized as an office to the staff and storage for fine jewelry. This structure will offer the client a larger space to display their jewelry to the customers and offer a new experience in shopping for custom jewelry. The lateral resisting system is made of steel ordinary moment frames for both buildings.
